Mariah was (and I cannot emphasis this enough) the greatest! I brought my husband to Mariah for his first hair cut in a few years. He had a terrible experience a few years ago with an unrelated stylist that resulted in a shaved head, and he quite literally never got a hair cut again until we found Mariah. It was my first time seeing him HAPPY with his hair in all of our years together. She really listened to him, helped to teach him new ways to manage/style his hair and gave him exactly what he asked for. Thank you, Mariah, for helping my husband feel good about his hair. We'll be back!!

The customer service i received from my stylist was far below top tier. When paying for a service, the buyer should be treated respectfully, the buyer should have any/all questions answered (to the best of the stylists ability), and the buyer should NOT feel like a burden. I unfortunately, did not have any of those expectations met. Will not try book with Caitlin again. Very rude and unprofessional compared to my past salon’s stylists. Or compared to any other stylist I have spoken to over the phone, text, or dm. Horrible attitude. Basically told me not to come in because I asked if she felt comfortable doing my hair (as she is a blonde specialist) and that was after ignoring me for a whole day. Then said she only has time (2 hours) when she knew I wanted a balayage, cut, style, and treatment. She said she could do it and then said she’d squeeze it into two hours. I’m sorry, but if they can do that much in two hours, they’re using crazy damaging products. Should’ve been 4-6 hours.

Hip, classy and bodacious! I've been a client at the Gallery for years! Long hairs, pixies, perms, colors, tips n' toes, massages & makeovers - they have it all! I love the laid-back and authentic atmosphere! A few years ago, they helped me donate my hair to Wigs For Kids, which was an amazing experience! I've been growing it out ever since so I can donate again! Make an appointment with the most talented stylists and enjoy the best customer service in town! See you soon! ❤

I love the wide variety of services and afternoon/early evening hours available. Kayla is my stylist. She listens and understands how I like to wear my hair and has a good eye when I'm not sure sure what I want. Prices are reasonable. Park behind the building.

Lizzy did an excellent job on my hair cut and root touch up! Very pleased! I would highly recommend. The salon has an excellent atmosphere as well.

Pricing on website misleading- was told on the phone that my haircut would cost $35.00 and ended up paying $75.00 (before tip)! Did not get any special features added, just got a wash and cut. My stylist was super nice and the store was super cute, just wish I was not misinformed and mislead on pricing

My favorite salon in the toledo area. The staff is soooo nice, from management to reception. The salon itself is very clean and tidy, and beautifully decorated. Also it's pretty gosh darn affordable. Mariah is my personal favorite stylist, but expect a decent wait! She's GOT IT HONEY she's basically a local legend. She can do the most funky, wild styles as well as toned down ones too. She is so fun to chat with and will have you smiling when you leave the salon. I just love this place and i know you will too!!!

This establishment is very professional and personal. They are always willing to accommodate their patrons. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the work done. The hours of operation are extremely convenient for busy schedules, and there is usually openings for walk-ins.
